Because the main limiting factor is Vram. And you arent getting any extra on the RTX cards.

I don't know that much about vram. because I'm 17. But I think Titan Rtx is ok for this kind of job.

yep its 16x, (I wrongly got 16k on height "30,720x17,280", which made it 64x lol)
