Hi

I’m struggling to get my Ethernet connect to work on windows 10 it’s a new build, I reseted the network settings and when I go and connect it says no hardware connected. The port is glowing orange so is connected and my WiFi is working. Is there something obvious I’ve missed?

Thanks for for the help

Is it enabled in BIOS?

Have you downloaded and installed the manufacturers software for your motherboard NIC?

If you're interested in a product please download and read the manual first.

Don't forget to tag or quote in your reply if you want me to know you've answered or have another question.
