It's the truth. I used to own a windows 10 Intel atom z8300 tablet and that thing takes 12 hours for a Windows update.

Doubt that, some Linux DE is just as user friendly as Windows if not better.

I think you're underestimating how awfully slow this eeepc is. It gonna need an SSD or RAM upgrade or both if you want to have a usable experience with Windows 10.
