What are the differences between U, M, QM, MQ, and HQ processors of Intel to consider when buying a laptop for programming (c,c++,python,php,javascrips,sql)

and i open many windows in the same time(chrome,notepad,pdf,codeblocks...................) ?

i have (400$)

hq are better also U cpus try to get one of them.HQ means that it has for cores and U means that its low voltage for more battery.
