it is fully copper, but you shouldn't do it because the "cooling plate" is just flattened heatpipes. Liquid metal very slowly reacts with cooper, heavily staining it at first while eventually eating it away. Dont know how long that will take, but ill-advised when it's part of a heatpipe, not a base.
