PC for Machine learning with 4 RTX 2080

Hello!

I am looking forward to buying a PC for machine learning. I am going to use 4 cards of RTX 2080.

I think about getting the Threadripper 2950x, will it do the job with it (without bottlenecking?)

and Will the corsair 750D be good enough to hold them (without them overheating too much?)

etc.

This was my general idea, please give feedback:

CPU: Threadripper 2950x

GPUs: x4 RTX 2080

RAM: 64GB ddr4

MotherBoard: Gigabyte Designare

SSD: samsung 500GB 970 EVO m.2 NVMe

Case: corsair Obsidian Series® 750D

PSU: corsair 1600w

water cooling: enermax Liqtech-TR4 II 360mm

Thanks for helping!

the only feedback I can give is that you should buy blower style GPUs because I built a deep learning pc a while back and they my 1080 ti gaming x's would thermal throttle all the time

gaming system: R7 3700X @ 4.25Ghz cpu / B450 STEEL LEGEND mobo / 4x8gb corsair Vengeance @3333Mhz ram / RX 7900XTX pulse gpu / Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3 cpu cooler /Coolermaster Qube 500 case / Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 12 1500w power supply

laptop: Dell xps 9510, 3.5k OLED, i7 11800h, rtx 3050 ti, 2x16gb DDR4 @ 3200Mhz, 1TB main drive, 2TB add in ssd
