B450 Ryzen 5 2600 8pin CPU power connector

Hi. Im right now building PC on ASRock B450 Pro4 and Ryzen 5 2500. Annd I found out with CoolerMaster PSU 8pin connector, so I guess its PSU->CPU connector, but

it have double 8 pin connectors on one side of the wire, and on another wire it have 7 pin, I mean they are have 8 pin, but really only 7 with metal, so last pin is just a dummy one.

What side I need to put this wire to power up my CPU?

Make sure that cable is EPS (for CPU) and not a cable for PCI-E 8-pin

The cable for the CPU power should have all  8 wires connected at both ends.

Also, for wiring PSU<>Motherboard. Do I need plug in both 10pin and 8 pin connector to a PSU?

Edit:

Yup, should be all pins because they should all fit.

What's your specific PSU?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Motherboard power is a 20+4 pin, not 10+8

I have wire with 24 pin connector (23+1dummy) and other side of this wire 10pin and 8 pin dual connector. And PSU have 10pin and 8pin connectors with labeled 10pin MB and 8pin MB.

PSU collerMaster V550. No other 24pin connector are included

Correct, the 24-pin connector that goes to the motherboard has 1 dummy pin.

That is by design.

The 10-pin and 8-pin (other end of the 24-pin cable) goes to the PSU.
