Best Aio for ultra silent Pc?

I have a I9 9900k and a Corsair H115i platinum, but I hear the pump rattling at the silent settings. Are they any other good and silent aios?

Not for what you want, the only way to get an i9 9900K cold with absolute silence is with the NH-D15 as mentioned above.
