I have a HP Pavilion 20 And my fps is so bad Idk if i should get a mini pc and can i use a external graphics card? Plz help

If you want good value building a used PC is always a good idea.

Your computer would need to support Thunderbolt 3 to use an external graphics card. Unfortunately, that all-in-one is unsalvageable. I would suggest you burn it with fire.

Looks like an old aio..the ram and hdd is still salvageable

I wouldn't even go that route. SDDs are dirt cheap these days, as are m.2 nVME drives. Anything even remotely new will use DDR4 and unless I miss my guess, that old system is DDR3 at best.

Thats not what i mean..what i mean is it is still salvageable..i mean the HDD can still be used to store data for the new system..or just sell the aio all together for some cash.

Oof, a 2012 laptop chip with an 18W TDP. 

 

Only thing worth salvaging might be the HDD tbh, might be wise to run a HDD Sentinel check on the condition of the drive before salvaging it.

Sure, though you're better off getting a Google Home Hub or used Nexus 9. Both would provide a much more enjoyable viewing experience, especially considering that the monitor is only 1600x900 and the E1-1200 is outperformed by a 15 year old Pentium 4.

In the condition it looks to be in, I doubt the 20-b013w will be worth much on the used market. OP is better off taking the memory and HDD out and recycling it, or burning it with fire as I originally suggested. The drive should be fine in a new system, but I can almost guarantee it will die in about a year.

You're right, it could be used as a YouTube machine. OP might want to take this into consideration. What I'm suggesting, however, is that machine might be such a miserable POS to use that OP might not want anything to do with it, especially considering that the AiO does not support touch.
