My monitor has 60hz refresh rate. Also have i5 3rd gen processor.now if i buy powerful gpu which pushes the fps beyond 60-70, then will i be able to feel the extra fps. If not then recommend me to choose between the two GPU

RX 580

GTX 1660

Pc has i5 3rd gen cpu. Which gpu give more value for performance in my system?

Yes and no, if your monitor is limited to 60hz then you can see exactly 60 frames per second even if you're rendering 70 frames per second.

 

However if you're rendering 70 frames per second you will feel some difference in the sense of input lag at the cost of having screen tearing.

 

Can you specify what CPU do you have? Although a RX 580 is a can't go wrong 1080p card for it's cost nowadays.

1660 then, it's the faster GPU. Not saying the RX 580 is bad, it's just that you can afford both and  they are both well priced.

I'd go with the GTX 1060, but I'm somewhat bias when it comes to Nvidia. What is your budget? You maybe able to do better than a GTX 1060

GTX 730? No such thing. People do this way too much: "GTX 710", GTX 730", GTX 1030".

What is actually supposed to go here? Some people put their specs, others put random comments or remarks about themselves or others, and there are a few who put cryptic statements.
