Mirroring Monitors with different Hz issues

Is it possible to mirror a monitor onto another with a lower refresh rate and still run the main monitor at the higher refresh rate?

I have 4 monitors and decided to mirror the main monitor onto the 4th monitor to work as basically a tv to view from another angle. My main monitor is 2560 x 1440 144 Hz, and the smaller monitor is 1600 x 900 60 Hz. It all seems to work perfectly until I run a game on the main monitor. The game never runs over 60 fps. I messed around with windows for a few days trying to fix it and I've tried having the different monitors plugged into different display outputs from my pc, but I can't seem to get it to work. So I'm wondering if anyone knows if it is even possible to have one screen run at 144 Hz with it mirrored to another at 60 Hz? And if so does anyone have any ideas how to do that?
