Always just go for dual channel RAM
 

A case is optional really, probably just go for this and get an RX 470 asap, or save money and wait for June/July when NAVI gets announced.

i will just say if you planned on change the athlon and get Zen 2 almost immidiately i would reccomend that

If you're planning to wait a year it really doesn't make much sense to select parts already. Things can change a lot in a year...

yeah and get GPU used if youre have no problem with buying used, i dont mean you have bought 1 or havent. cause next year probably going to get a war betweens CPU's And GPU's so keep updated on stuffs

Then you can always just look for a used business machine with at least an i5 or i7 2000 or above, and stick some 75W GPU into it like an RX 460/560 or GT 1030/cheap 750ti

no idea how much that would be in AUD

Tech Yes City is an AUS based channel with a lot of cheaper PC builds

Then buy some used parts with an R3 2200G, it can do plenty of gaming without a GPU and gives you an upgrade path.

 

a used SSD, Case,PSU and maybe CPU should be cheaper anyways
