Working To An Upgrade

So guys, first time posting here. Im looking to upgrade from my 2400G with 8GB-2400 and RX570 8GB in an old  NZXT Full Tower. 

At the bottom is a link to my list. RTX 2060 is up in the air as there's a Vega 64 for about the same price on craigslist in my area (don't give a shit about power draw)

My goal is to play 1440p 60fps on newer titles, or 4k on older titles. I've been working on this for a while and I thought it was max value per dollar but might as well see if there's anyone on here who may have a better value idea.

I'd probably look into a larger liquid cooler or an air cooler. 120mm liquid coolers aren't the greatest.
