How do I re-install Grand Theft Auto 5?

So, about 6 months ago I bought GTA V off CD-Keys and activated it on the Rockstar website. Just a week or 2 ago I decided to do a fresh install of windows and when I went to download GTA V again, the download like was gone on Rockstar. When I looked it up I found an article on Rockstar's website saying that I can redownload it because its attached to my Social Club but I have had no luck finding a download link. Is there anyway that I can redownload GTA V? Any replies are appreciated.. :)
