My first planed build

Im here to show people my plan for a budget pc that can play CSGO on 1920x1080. My budget is 450 dollars.

What do you think?

Any suggestions for change?

If possible I would try to get a bit faster memory, 2800+ MHz preferably.

Also be sure to check the product page of the motherboard to see compatible RAM (https://www.asus.com/nl/Motherboards/TUF-B450-PLUS-GAMING/HelpDesk_QVL/).

All RAM will work, but this document should tell you what RAM will run at what speeds.

If the OP can't swing the dedicated graphics cost, the 2400g alone is a decent 1080p until a dedicated GPU can be added later.  Plus it's 4/8 so you can use it WITH the GPU well.

 

If his budget is $450, a $493 build may not be doable for him. Gotta give options what to get him under $450 for the time being.

 

To be honest, I'd fly to the US and visit a Microcenter for the 1600.

i totally agree. i was able to personally suggest 20 over, with the ability to just delete the HDD for him and add a slightly larger SSD and be set.

A dedicated video card is almost always better, but it does cost money.  Only you can weigh your budget vs wants.

 

It also depends what you want to use it for too, what games you want to play at what resolutions.  it's a balancing act.

its 4 cores, 8 threads, so it will last a bit longer in terms of not needing to upgrade.

Okay, I am assuming you have ZERO understanding of PC stuffs, am I correct in making this assumption?

 

4/8 means 4 cores and 8 threads.  The 2200g only has 4 cores and 4 threads, so is less powerful than the 2400g.  I would get a 2400g for now then add a GPU later.  That way you have a solid CPU to push a good GPU.

it's good to know how much you know so I (we) can tailor our responses appropriately.

 

Yes, I advocate going with a 2400g to stay under budget and then adding a GPU later when you have more money.  

 

That's not to say that going 2200g w/ GPU right now isn't fun.  It really depends on if you can afford the additional price (almost $500) and when you'll be able to add the GPU to the 2400g later.

 

Only you know those things.

Take @LukeSavenije build and replace the 2200g with a 2400g and remove the GPU.  Then add a GPU to it later.

 

Edit:  My opinion only!!!  Again, it's your call, both have their good and bad points.
