Best air cooler for air 240

I have an i7 8700 non k . 

Which air cooler should I purchase ?  Nhd9l or cryorig C7

Also if I go with noctua will I sustain an 4.3 GHz boost on all 6 cores

I would recommend the C7, and I believe it should keep your i7-8700 running at 4.3ghz.

The C7 is pretty good. Personally I use a Cryorig C1 with a Noctua Redux P14-R in my 240, which looks awesome, in my opinion, but it will limit your RAM height and in terms of performance the extra cost isn't really worth it.
