New out of the box Asus ROG STRIX Z790-F Gaming Wifi's main pcie slot not working

Update the BIOS to latest, clear CMOS and try again first

Hey, I just built my machine, it has an Intel 14700k and z790-f for the motherboard, I tried connecting a brand new rtx 4060 and an old Samsung 970 Evo plus to the main pcie bus and I got no response, then I tried plugging it to a different pcie slot and it worked just fine, when I say the main pcie slot I mean the pcie5 slot with the "quick release" (the one located highest), should I claim warranty for it not working or do you guys have any good solution for me?
