I don't think so, considering that the Meshify C only has 315 mm clearance with just a front fan mounted, and the amp extreme is already 308 mm long. Have you considered going with a 280 mm rad up top instead?

Coolermaster H500 all day, 2 200mm fans for airflow.

already have the card? That's usually the one I'm changing, but it's not the only way to solve the problem

Meshify C doesnt have enough headroom for any radiator of meaningful thickness up there unfortunately, two fans are really what it can take at most.

if you really like the Meshify C's design, you can use the Meshify S2 instead. Based on the bigger Define R6 (Meshify C is based on the Define C, which is a shortened Define R5) it has enough room to hold your stuff, at the cost of not being so compact though
