Decisions

Hey guys, I am planning to build my very first pc. I'm interested in ryzen processor.So should I wait for 3rd gen CPU or buy 2nd gen CPU. My budget is very tight at 1000 dollars.

At 1k in budget (speaking from my U.S. citizen perspective.) You'd do well to wait for a 3rd gen. We've been hearing great things.

Hold your money and wait. If you get a super duper price on something else you may buy, like case, KB&M, ssds, headset, pads, speakers, monitor, etc. anything that you could be using while you are waiting for the holy trinity CPU/Motherboard/RAM. (I'd hold on buying cooling solutions too).

 

Some things won't change much or nothing at all in the next quarter, so getting a nice deal now will probably be just fine, also consider waiting past the big first two weeks hype so you get discounts and whatnot.
