Corsair h150i Pro Help

I have the corsair h150i pro and a aorus z390 ultra

 

but im having a hard time figuring out where to plug in these cables that are directly connected to the cooling block.

There are 3 4pin cables attached to each other. I believe they are the fan headers but cant find a place where the connect to on my board.

 

any help is appreciated, thanks

The 3 fan splitter is where to plug in the fans, so they don't go into the board
