Ghetto Quadraphonic Sound

I usually use headphones, but I have two pairs of old stereo speakers laying around and I was wondering if I could set up quad sound with them for my computer. Has anyone done anything like this, or is it even possible?

Do you have an old stereo amp laying around with RCA input ? if so

grab 3.5mm to rca cable then hook up the speakers & bobs ya uncle.

Or if you have a receiver optical out from pc to that . :) hope this helps.

Alright, I got it to work. I just plugged them both in and my sound manager let me configure the position of each speaker. Thanks for the help!

Congrats well done. got a picture we may even be able to boost it a bit better ,if you like.

I come from the a long vast way since my child hood of sound. Example i hooked up my walkmen

to a set of High powered load speakers with only using an old set of headphone wire cut it then hooked the wires up

to those big speakers ,i was truly amazed with what i came across .

 

It had a good loud sound & even could feel the bass vibrations coming from the speakers ,& get this mum told me to turn it down i shown her for her to tell me this: get the Eff out of here ,how have you done that. Told her she was amazed .

 

So give us a pic ,doesn't matter how Guetto you think it is ive mad some pretty guetto looking stuff in my day.
