D2759 from FSC TX150 S7

Hi,

 

i tried to create myself a home server, i bought a old D2759 (and a xeon 3430 with 4gb PC3-10600R) on Ebay, its from a old TX150 S7 Tower server and i have the problem that it outputs no video and the web interface (iRMC2) is also not reachable (but the CSS LED indicates that the iRMC2 works). ALso the Global Error LED flashes in red and over this led is a yellow led. I know that i need a frontpanel from fsc to manually start the server but it should also start after a cmos reset. I have done that but the fans start to spinn and then they stop and spin again and then they just stop and nothing happens.
