I recently built a new pc. In games like CS:GO, Rainbow Six Siege or Destiny 2 I'm experiencing some problems. Both CPU and GPU usage are pretty low and the FPS are below the FPS you would expect from that system. In Destiny 2, the usage of any CPU core is below 60%. Lowering the settings doesn't effect FPS or CPU usage. I've already reinstalled drivers and installed the newest version of the BIOS.

Specs:
- 8GB Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 56 Pulse

- MSI B450 TOMAHAWK AMD B450
- AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (wraith stealth cooler)
- 550 Watt Corsair CX Series CX550M Modular 80+ Bronze
