Galaxy Buds

Hello guys!

 

So I live in Sweden, when the S10 came out, they announced if you buy the phone from Feb 20 to March 8th, you will get the Galaxy Buds for free, but you will need to redeem them from the Samsung Member app. So I got my phone, went in, filled all the information and I clicked on Continue, but then I was waiting for around 5-10 minutes and the app crashed and my order did not go through. Then I tried again, but I got the message I can only use it once. I got no email that my order went through, i got nothing. 

 

Should I EMail Samsung Support and tell them my problem or what should I do ?

Hmm.. Emailing them does sound like a good idea..

But you could also align all Samsung devices in your house to look like a pentagram, place some wired earbuds and a pillcase in the middle and maybe summon them that way.

 

But emailing them does sound more logical
I assume Samsung can track your order history on your account and could straighten this out pretty easily.

BUT... thats how i got my galaxy buds just sacrifice wired earbuds and a newborn and you got yourself galaxy buds/pixel buds/ airpods i have all 3 lol i dont but lol

I redeemed mine but didn't get an email for about 36 hours, give it a few days and see if you receive any email. You have the month to redeem them anyway

I preordered my S10+ specifically because of the Galaxy Buds.  I had just about made up my mind to keep my S8 another year, but the free Galaxy Bud order convinced me to go ahead and get the S10+.  A week after I preordered I got an email telling me they were out of the Buds, but I would get a $130 "eCertificate" good only on Samsung.com.  I asked their customer service how long would it be good for? (when would it expire?) and was told I would find that out when I got the certificate, 2 weeks after the phone arrived (after the return period for the phone was up).  I wanted to know how long it was good for because there is nothing on Samsung.com I want or need besides the Buds.  I already own a ton of Samsung tech. The rep at one point said it might be 6 months, might be a year but I had no way to find out before I got the email.  I got the email today and it expires in 3 months.  Fortunately, I love the phone.  Like Linus, I am not overly fond of the ultrasonic fingerprint reader, but unlike him I prefered the fingerprint sensor on the back.  But overall I love the phone.  But I really feel I am getting screwed over by the promotion.  Most everyone else in my family uses Iphones, but right now it looks like some of them are getting samsung wireless charging pads for Christmas unless the Buds are back in stock before June 30th.
