You wouldn't recommend a Corsair VS, Cooler Master Master Watt Lite, Thermaltake something.

The 4440 won't bottleneck the 1060 3GB.

The cause of your issues in games are most likely your CPU and a lack of VRAM.

I've got an i5-4460 (very similar to the i5-4440), it has the same issues when playing those types of games. 3GB VRAM isn't that much either, especially for AAA games.

It depends on the games you play and the resolution and quality settings you play them at. If your CPU is being constantly pegged at or close to 100% utilization, the CPU is going to be hurting your performance.

Keep in mind DMC5 has denuvo, which hampers quad cores more than higher core count chips.

 

That said, seems you are at pretty good there with more utilization on the GPU than CPU.
