silly audio problem

Cotix

hi. i have a stupid problem and i dont know to to fix that. I have a good pair of earbuds that i use for gaming as an audio device and microphone. coming from a laptop, it has only 1 audio jack and everything worked properly, now when i have a desktop, i dont know how to use that earbuds as mic+audio device. earbuds have 3,5 mm jack, and there are 2 audio ports at the front of the case and 3 at the back, but they are not reachable. Is there a way to fix my problem or do i have to buy usb headset? If relevant, mobo is Asus prime b450 m-k, everything is properly connected to the motherboard
