Then 16GB. But if you do a bit of video editing, music or 3D design. I would recommend you to go for 32GB. But if its gaming, 16 or 24 should be enough

What resolution and Refresh rate?

Because if it's just 1080p 60hz that PC costs like $750 at most.

i have i 144hz monitor so i would like to have atleast 144

Is it 1080p 144hz or 1440p 144hz?

And do you absolutely need high/ultra settings? Or would you turn down shadows to really get the fps up?

And what budget/Country?

RAM doesn't really affect the FPS you're going to get that much in terms of capacity, but if you like to have multiple monitors, or other programs open while you're gaming, more is usually better. For example I generally have both Firefox and Chrome open with many (probably 30 to 50) tabs open across each. During gaming, my 16GB of RAM can get pretty close to being saturated. I'll be going with 32GB of RAM in my next system.

I don't know if you can afford 32GB with your budget, and most people don't need it; you have to evaluate your use, and decide that way.

You also need to quote or tag people for them to know you've replied to their posts.

Ok so i would like 1440p and i am willing tp turn some stuff that arent that imported down. And i live in slovenia and whole pc i want for around 2100 €. And i am willing to pay abou 150€ for ram.

Well a "Pretty good" 1440p PC looks something like that, you don't really need to spend 2K to get a good experience.

Could also look for a used 1080ti instead of an RTX 2080
