Radeon VII upgrade

I saw a deal on amazon for a Radeon VII new  for only 490 euro the seller only has 69  review feedback that are 99% i'm currently using a rx 480 4GB, i'm not sure if it seems like a sketchy deal or if i should go for it. thoughts?

But it's on amazon, right? Means that you can always get a refund if this turns out to be the wrong thing.

That means that he cancels your amazon order, and wants you to pay through something else, so that you dont have any protection when he inevitably scams your ass.

 

Also as you know, all the reviews are fake. And he has thousands of other items, all that are too cheap to be true.

 

Just steer clear and don't do it.
