980ti TDP?

250w for the reference model, could be higher for custom cards

A 120mm AIO worked for EVGA just fine

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

OP asked for "consumption", Nvidia also officially calls it TDP (though it is misusing the term here). I dont know he's asking for a cooler

EVGA's 980ti Hybrid also uses a small 120mm radiator and already scores overkill temperatures (from hexus, 48C in gaming so expect 60C max when overclocked). However I'm not recommending Cooler Master AIOs because their durability is a bit of hit or miss.

There is much better heat transfer because there is no IHS and the entire die is in contact with the cold plate

Rated at 200w. It's fairly easy to undervolt to like 180w at close to stock performance, but fairly easy to OC to about 300w too. 

 

For radiator space you assume one 120mm of space per component, with 240mm being a comfortable excess.
