I can not get the Router to detect a link-up, or when it says it does, I can not get it to list an IP address.  I recently bought a Dell PowerEdge R210 II. The config is an Intel Xeon, 1240 - 4 Core Processor and 8GB Ram.

Are you using the onboard NIC ports or a different NIC card? Does PFsense see all of your available ports or are they missing?

I am using the on-board NIC ports. I don't know if PfSense is seeing all of them. I think I will reset the SSD, and Install PfSense following a tutorial, doing it myself as a beginner was a bad idea. Do you have any good Tutorial videos on this? What is the best way to reset the SSD completely?

This is the one I used when I first built a PFsense box...

Here is one that is newer

Does it boot in UEFI mode or BIOS? I know on the 11th gen servers you could press F11 to get into a boot menu then from there select your USB stick. Might be different if it is UEFI

Make sure the NIC's are enabled in the Dell BIOS, if they are not you will not see anything from pfSense.

I'm assuming you have assigned the network interfaces in the console?  Also once you have pfSense booted, hit 8 for console/shell access and type; ifconfig

Put the output on here, it will tell you whats going on.
