is g.skill 3200 rgb 8g x2 worth it for €140 over  g.skill 3200 rgb 8g x2 for €125

Get the 3000mhz, you can likely overclock it to match or beat the 3200mhz kit with tinkering with the timings.

Ram overclocking can be a world of pain more than CPU or GPU. If you can afford the 3200, just get it. If you really want to save the cash, get the slower grade. Differences are not zero but will be small. 3200 is an easier speed to deal with on some systems/mobos.

Yep, agree it would probably be pretty easy to just OC the cheaper RAM a bit... but if you just want a simple life, spend the extra 15 Euros maybe.
