Will there be a h100i 360mm?

If there isn't one already there there probably won't be one for some time if ever, companies would tease new product launches to generate interest and buzz about the products.  You probably have to look into alternatives.

You could try spraypainting the rad but that will probably have effects of thermal performance.

Depending on what part(s) of the rad are visible, you can just do the housing, which shouldn't affect performance. If you have to do the fins, you'd get reduced performance though
