Price of a used HD 7950

I've been attempting to upgrade the Sapphire Radeon HD 6870 in my brother's computer since....November 2013 (?). Then the swarm of Miners arrived. Welp, I see one of the locals here is selling their HD 7950.

The particular one they have is a MSi Twin Frozr III HD 7950 Boost. Here it is on MSi's website: http://www.msi.com/product/vga/R7950-TF-3GD5-OC-BE.html
The card is basically in perfect condition, and he still has the original box and packaging...I'm asking if they still have all the included accessories and paperwork now.

 

EDIT: Seller still has all the included accessories, paperwork, manuals, and driver disk.

 

I need the forum's FANTASTIC guesimtations!!

As the card is second-hand, how much should it cost in your opinion?

Honestly, without the price advantage, I don't see why you would buy a 280x/7970 over a 770 if you're not coin farming. 

 

a 7950 should not be bought for gaming.

just get an nvidia card? right now all amd cards are expensive

man i remember when i got my 680 the AMD cards were cheap, damn you bit coin damn you

Recommending a GTX 770 isn't going to help....

 

The cheapest GTX 770 on Newegg Canada is a PNY GTX 770 2GB...which is $344.99.
Add $16.16 shipping.

Add 12% tax...of $43.34

Total is $404.48
