Good Bass IEM's around $100?

JTMarch86

Hey guys, I know this topic has been posted over and over, but I need some help deciding.

I love deep, powerful bass that makes you FEEL the music. But I also want good mids and precise highs.

Is there anything around the $100 mark that fit that description?

I don't mind going over $100, I just don't want to spend too much.

I was looking into Sennheiser's IEM's (maybe IE60?) because I've heard good things about them, but I don't know

if they'll produce the bass I'm looking for.

And I don't want the bass to overwhelm the rest of the music, it just needs to hit hard, low, and clean, but definitely pronounced.

I want to purchase something tonight or tomorrow if possible.

Does anyone have some suggestions?

Thanks guys

Oh, and I'll be using them on an HTC One with a FiiO Andes E07K portable DAC. So I'll have some power behind it

What do you guys think about the Yamaha EPH-100SL's? I'm hearing good things about them. They are a bit over what I wanted to spend, but if they are worth it, I'll fork it over

What do you mean too bad I bought a portable dac? I've had the dac for 4 months now. It's not taking away from my budget, I just have bills too ;)

I'm looking at the Brainwavs M2's http://www.amazon.com/Brainwavz-BWAVZ-M2-In-Ear-Headphones/dp/B004I5FL1G

And Sennheiser Cx300 http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-Precision-Enhanced-Earbuds-Black/dp/B001EZYMF4/ref=pd_cp_e_1

Sennheiser CX 890i http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-CX-890i-Headset-Black/dp/B009E6J8U4/ref=pd_cp_e_3

OR,,,

The Yamaha EPL-100SL http://www.amazon.com/Yamaha-EPH-100SL-Inner-Ear-Headphone/dp/B00591GIMY%3FSubscriptionId%3DAKIAIPJSH7HP4X5434FQ%26tag%3Ddigitren08-20%26linkCode%3Dxm2%26camp%3D2025%26creative%3D165953%26creativeASIN%3DB00591GIMY

(which are the most expensive, but I'm hearing great things about them)

What do you guys think, I need some quick input.

Is it worth forking over $140 for the yamaha's? or will I be happy with the Sennheiser CX 300 or 890i's?

im planning on getting hammerheads since i love bass and i heard they are really bassy. but you may not want that over powering bass but if u do then get those imo.

I settled on the Hippo VB's. The reviews on them are really good. And yea, thanks for the reminder about the hammerhead's. If the Hippo's don't suit me, I'll give the hammer's a try.

My experience with Brainwavz is kinda meh honestly. Than again I used the M1. I had to rma them three times due to poor build quality.

Enjoy those tacos now, for in 1000 years they will be illegal... eh Ha Ha Ha! I think we all know why.
