POE for charging devices

have any of you guys seen a laptop or a docking station that will run on POE power?   I'm thinking maybe run POE to a dock that has type c, and then plug type C into laptop. You would only get 30 watts, but it could keep a web browsing machine charged.

Yup, the one posted above is what I use for a lot of my smaller devices with wall-warts and whatnot that have a barrel plug and Ethernet :)
