Ok guys so Im going to pick up my RAM, (8gb 4x2GB of DDR2 800MHZ pc-6400 RAM) and when I come back I will install them in my PC. Problem is I have never done it before, of course I wil check out the mobo manual (motherboard: MS-7358) on how to put them in, but my problem is, do I take them all out then put them in one by one, or put them in all in at once? Also after do I need to do anything in the BIOS? Because tne RAM I currently have is 4GB (4x1GB) of DDR2 RAM clocked at 667MHz. So the ones I am buying are higher in speed. So do I need to do anything or could I just install them, boot my PC up and everything would be okay? Any thanks much appreciated. ❤️

On your mobo you can only put 8gb max, you just could put the newer alone (2x4gb) without any problem , but you will need to remove your previous. You just remove the previous ram and put those 2

remove the existing sticks and replace them with the new one. be sure to check the numbers or color coding of your ram slots. ideal set up is to install the first stick close to the CPU, then skip one to the right and install the second one. you can share screenshot if your done.

you also dont have to do anything once you installed your ram. maybe you can check your BIOS if your sticks are being recognized by your board.
