Isn't Spotify smart enough to detect the names and play them?

Update: Copied over all the mp3 files over to the music folder on my laptop, opened up Spotify and made sure the device is my laptop, and it worked, I was able to listen to the local files, Spotify found the same file names.

Hi, so I've recently added some local music files to my Spotify using my PC, so I'm able to listen to these files on Spotify.

As you can see, I'm able to listen to them on my PC.

But when I go to my laptop, these are greyed-out (might add a picture) and it won't allow me to listen tothese because these files are stored on my PC.

Is there a way for me to be able to access these music files on both of my devices? I tried downloading the playlist on my laptop but it won't download those local files.

As far as I'm aware you can't. Your best bet would be to either copy them or share them over the home network.

I don't have a home network.

The problem with copying them over to my laptop is that there would be duplicates inside the playlist because one file would be from my PC, and one would be from my laptop, so it's not the most aesthetically-pleasing thing to see on a Spotify playlist.
