I wouldn't get a 2070 for 1080p, the 2070 is priced poorly compared to the RTX 2060. You can probably overclock the 2060 and be just fine with 144hz display. I would get a better motherboard, if you really want a cheap one get the PRO4 by Asrock, a really good B450 is the MSI Tomahawk. I would upgrade  PSUs as well, the RM550x is like $50 something right now.

If you do decide to get the 2060 you should/could get a decent X470, a good quality PSU, a better case and possibly a decent air cooler like the Dark Rock 4.

Could you do me a favor, could you build a list for me?  My browser doesnt seem to like partpicker and crashes randomly, and the 2060 is fine, Id prefer that as ive read a lot of bad things about 2070 & 2080
