New mouse for big hands

Dackzy

Hi so my trusty old Zowie EC1A mousewheel isn't working all the time anymore, so I was wondering if there are any new mice on the market that fit a big hand well. I am like 85-90% palm and 10-15% claw. I prefer a simple mouse with a good sensor, so none of those mice with lots of buttons. I know that the Rivel mice don't fit me that well, especially the rival 300 because of the wide back end.

Requirements
Good sensor

light weight 100g and less

only back and forth as extra buttons

suitable for big hands (It needs to be EC1A size or bigger)

$100 or less

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M

If you like the shape and size of the EC1A then maybe take a look at the EC1B, its basically a EC1A with a 3360 and other minor updates.

depending on the exact dimensions of your hand, I really like the Speedlink Decus Respec (suggested here in fact). Using it at work. I bought their Omnivi to try out at home but it is not as wide and has 2 more buttons than you want.

I don't see myself using a mouse with that support for the fingers on the side, but thanks for the suggestion

@Dackzy No worries - so you want a more narrow mouse that requires clamping, good to note ;)

I mean I am a old FPS player so I am used to that more classic shape and I am more comfortable using such a shape. I wouldn't really say that any of my mice have ever require clamping outside of when I lift it. I have never liked the mice with a lot of buttons or weird shapes and the ones with pinky rest and such have always just felt weird to me.

Corsair Ironclaw :) I have gone through mouse after mouse before settling on this one. It is nice for larger hands, as its designed more for palm grippers and I really, really like it. I came from a Scimitar but wanted less buttons to accidentally press and since I don't play MMOs as much anymore the Ironclaw is basically perfect. I, personally, wish it had a third button on the side but its otherwise been a really nice mouse. I got it for about $50 at Best Buy, Amazon has it for $54.35 right now.
