Octane and 9th Gen

So I hope the staff may read this, since you guys have a in with Intel. From what ASUS is telling me and from my own trying to install the Optane memory software. The 9Th Gen ie I5 is not supported at this time. Anybody hear about when this will happen, from what I have been reading, not the only person having a 9th gen issue and Optane

I will assume you are correct, but wanted to use the caching. 2nd issue when you turn on the intel logic on the bios, it won’t let windows boot, even Linus addressed that issue, and may need to reinstall windows 10

Thats the part that will potentially be locked out.  The firmware/UEFI will not let you enable caching.

 

You can use a software based solution in your OS however.
