Op i wouldn't opt for the 1300x, i would save a little money and go for a 2600 at least, then just save money by just using the stock cooler

I think you are spending too much on gimmicks like USB LED Strip Light, liquid cooler for that CPU (wtf?), extra case fan (for what? nothing in this pc creates much hot air)  and Silverstone SST-ES02-USB remote switch kit. I know some do not count a wireless keyboard ($130 wtf) gimmick but I do.

 

Why would you ever buy windows 10 for $100 when you can get it OEM keys from key sellers and eBay legally for $10 bucks? I bought multiple office and windows keys from eBay and they are still working without any problem years later. 

 

I think you could save some money and invest in better cpu/ gpu because you will get more value out of it than otherwise.

Instead of focusing on a bunch of RGB that won't improve performance at all I would suggest something along the lines of this:
