Someone can feel free to correct me, but I'm estimating ~$270-300

Many of those are new, and the depreciation on most of the parts, especially the liquid cooler and storage, make it worth significantly less.

Yes you're very right mate.

I think i will list it at £250 ($323.76) and include postage. do you think thats a fair price for both partys?

If you want more for it you're going to need to part it out individually and pray people actually want all of the parts. 500gb hard drives go in a $5-10 bin unless brand new and new 120gb solid states are down to $17.99 now so they're disposable at this point. Used low end water coolers aren't great value and FM2 isn't a very strong platform if you're not using the gpu on it for a super basic build.

I'd list it for $350 since it's pretty nice looking and would expect someone to pick it up for around $250-300 locally, I don't sell stuff on ebay and it seems like people overpay frequently. If you're shipping it I'd probably try to list it at £275-300 and try to advertise how nicely you're going to ship it in the original case box or something unless you need it sold fast. Shipping sounds like a hassle.

Your best bet is to check your local classifieds, compare pricing, and price accordingly.

Without doing that you're unlikely to get a real close estimate of what you could get; online, you'll generally get quotes a lot lower of what you could reasonably expect.
