Msi B450 Gaming Pro Carbon

HyperX Fury 3200Mz 8GB ??

WD Green 120GB M.2 SSD or SSD ?

Corsair VS450 PSU

 

Is All That OK ? Is this Parts Compatible With This System ?

Should be fine - two suggestions:

 

1. Get dual channel ram esp. for Ryzen APUs.

 

2. Get a better PSU. Seasonic 520/620w are good and cheap.

 

3. M2 only matters if it's NVMe, if it's SATA it's just like any SATA, but location might be convenient.

Go with 2 sticks of ram , ryzen likes dual channel

2nd , get at least a CX550m

Not sure why everyone is saying to get a beefier PSU... the system you've spec'ed won't even consume 200 watts. The PSU you've chosen is more than adequate for that. I run an extremely similar system on a bequiet! 300W TFX PSU. You'll have zero issues unless you try to slap on a GPU later down the line :)

It will work but you won't get best performance because it uses main system memory for video, and if your bandwidth is less you will get less performance. It's a significant decrease.

It isn't the output but the quality; the vs series isn't a high quality unit.

That VS450 will be fine, I ran an RX580 strix on a VS550 24/7 for 7 months never had an issue.
