I would personally go with the first option in your edited OP. It has better ventilation (airflow) for your PC.

For the price I'm going to make the assumption you dont get any (fans) at the front of the case. It's very common for budget cases to only get 1 fan at the rear.

Okay i currently have 3 fans at the ms dark shadow case :)
