Cannot get rid of NZXT cam overlay

I've uninstalled cam previously and the overlay didnt go away, so i tried re installing cam and the overlay disabled in cam setting but would still work. if i go into task manager theres nothing running that would seem to be the overlay. I CANNOT GET RID OF THIS DAMN OVERLAY AND I WANT IT GONE, ITS JUST A VIRUS AT THIS POINT. someone please help

i did that and came up with nothing, i also tried cam and got nothing
