normal or what, 90c FPU on aio

i got myself an old build, i7 3770k with an asrock z77 pro 4 mobo. i decided to go ham by overclocking my delided i7 with LM, an overclock of 4.5ghz  w/ 1.304v on vcore. 90c on the hotest core with aida64 FPU stress test??? 

want to know is this a problem.

CPU: i7 3770K@4.7GHz

GPU: R9 290x 4G

HDD: 12TB Seagate 12TB BarraCuda

SSD: Crucial xm500

RAM: 4 GB DDR3 XPG 1600 x4

Monitor: Dell U2518D

 

Server

CPU: duo Xeon X5670 stock clock

Motherboard: unknown dell server motherbored

RAM: 64GB of unknown ECC 1600MHz ram

GPU: Nvidia Quadro P4000

HDD: x8 Dell 2.5inch SAS drive in raid, potenal speed of 800MB/s speed

SSD: NON

Case: Dell unknow server case

PSU: duo 700w server powersupply

btw, my cooler is a deepcool captain 240ex on full rpm

At 1.304v, 90c doesn't sound surprising to me at all.
It's a lot hotter than I'd feel comfortable with, and over whatever life it has left in it, it will very likely cause more rapid wear and tear, but it's technically within Intel's thermal limit, I believe 105c is the cutoff for the 3770k. If it's stable with the FPU test over extended periods, it's likely stable enough for daily use, and it's unlikely that you'll be pushing it that hard with normal use to hit 90c.

actually, FPU test doesnt spike
