Hmm, this is the first time I've read of this.

It's definitely safe though.

This really is weird as @WoodenMarker has said. Have you reset your motherboard with the default settings by pressing f5 @Demonking? If not, try it and see what happens, If it does not reset like a new motherboard would i would contact ASUS again.

i got Maximus VI Hero and it was default at 3,9Ghz and max 1.3Volts should probably tweak it....

You are suppose to turn the switch on and off if you want to. That is the overclocking switch and if you are getting BSOD when it is turned off the the MOBO has some problem and you should RMA it and this time tell them you want a new one.

This is exactly what i mean. That switch comes of by default and if it is on they supposedly fixed your motherboard but the problem could be at the switch but if you want to keep it because it is "working" then go-ahead.

This seems to be you cables need checking, they may be broken or not in fill contact with the connectors. Check these two threads...

Blue Screen Viewer is just to collect the minidump of the BSOD from windows but you really don't need it. Just look at the figure for the BCCode and google it. Your's BCCode was f4 which refers to cable problems, either not installed properly or has some issue with the cable. That is why i gave you the two links above, for you to read about it and understand what is your suspected problem.
