I saw a thread somewhere on another forum that said 6xx series cards (I think 680 specifically) can be converted to a quadro by minor hardware modifications and flashing the BIOS

requires soldering,and is not easy to do (unless you know what you are doing) and even then it only makes it APPEAR as a quadro, it still lacks ECC memory and  other features on a quadro.

also you cant overclock a quadro (why would you want to) the voltages are locked.
