Apex Legends Crashes PC

Whenever I load up Apex Legends my PC crashes, no blue screen. Just cut to black then it restarts. My temps are fine and my CPU supports SSE4.1 so I'm not sure what the issue is. I will appreciate any help!

The info we have now is akin to "I have a car how fast does it go?"

But not SSE4.2? So your CPU is more than a decade old? Yorkfield?

Other people have been having the same issue with decade old CPUs that don't support SSE4.2, so it looks like that's the reason.

I fixed it.

1) updated all of my drivers.

2) fixed event error 10016 for ShellServiceHost:

3) then open command prompt as administrator and type "verifier".

press enter

then select "Delete Existing Settings"

click finish and then reboot.

I had the same issue as OP. It was causing a spike in the temp of my GPU, causing a restart. All I had to do was turn anti-aliasing off and move anything that was set on "Very High" to "High". No more restarts and a steady GPU temp. For some reason ,this was happening to all Origin games, including BattleFront II.
