Custom RGB effects B450 Tomahawk

Would it be possible to create a custom rgb loop on my PC? I have certain options within MSI Mystic Light for example, but I would like to make my own loop. My MB has its own lighting and I have 2 rgb strips hooked into the RGB headers.

 

TLDR: I want to make my RGB change between 2 colours, most likely fadein and fadeout. Is there a program already made for this? has it been done before?

It's possible but, only with programs that support it. MSI Mystic light does not, sadly.

The only kit I know of that supports it is the NZXT Hue+ but, that thing isn't worth it.

Thanks. I did not know about the Hue, but I feel like there would be an existing alternative by now,physical or software.

I'm sure that there are but, I only know of the Hue.
